Victim Services

We are rasing money this holiday season to help with our victims' services. Please donate to help those affected by destructive driving attain replacement vehicles and intermediate transporation! 

Americans United Against Destructive Driving (AUADD) is a nation-wide nonprofit (501c3) organization dedicated to destructive driving education, prevention, and victims services. Find out more at auadd.org.

AUADD is the first and only nation-wide organization that facilitates replacement vehicles to vicitims of destructive driving crimes (not "accidents"), arranges rides through our partnership with LYFT, or uses organization-shared van for victim transportation (should their vehicle become unusable, due to a destructive driving crash). These services allow vicitims to get to work, doctor's appointments, and other necessary everyday life engagements until their case is adjudicated. These services help victims and their families avoid job loss, missing critical doctor visits, among other important responsibilities due to a lack of available transportation. Over the years, we have paid for many needs of victims and their families. Sadly, that list even includes helping with funeral expenses.

Mark was a victim and one of the first people we helped in many ways. He became an inspiration for our victim services. Mark passed away from his injuries in 2011.

Since 2003, AUADD has been a 100% volunteer organization. Educating against the dangers of destructive driving crimes, servicing victims at a very crucial time in their lives, as well as affecting critical legislation throughout the country is expensive. Your donation will be used exlcusively to support our victim services. We have an extensive list of people in need of our unique servies. Your donation will be instrumental in reaching as many of the current people waiting, as well as the ever growing list of future vicitms of the 100% preventable tragedies of destructive driving. While AUADD has recently been asked to help the Government of Nigeria in the coordination of programs to help the scourage of drunk driving there, your donation will stay in the United States to help domestic vicitms.

In 2007, we received this letter from a couple in Texas thanking us for the services and education we provide to their community. We receive many communications every year. Everyone warms our heart and keeps us moving towards a day when destructive driving will no longer be as problematic as it is today. We are making progress! With your help, that progress will be accelerated.

Timing is critical for these victims and their families. We will waste no time in using your donation to reach vicitms with our critical services.
