My name is Boris Perchatkin. I am starting a fundraiser to travel to Washington, DC, to meet with the Commission on International Religious Freedom and also Senators and Congressmens to protect evangelical Christians from the former USSR because they do not want to take the oath in the armed forces and join the army. Donations will be directed to the non-profit organization fund ARRC. Urgently from June 23, an appliation to the USCIRF of the Commission on Religion and the Department of State to resolve the issues of refugees from the b/USSR. After a twelve-year break, the Christian human rights organization ARRC (existing for 25 years) resumes its activities in representing the interests of emigration from the former USSR in the U.S. Congress, the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Presidential Administration. The range of problems from U4U, CBP One to refugee status under the Lautenberg amendment. Our goal is to achieve a quota of those in the United States for the abolition of deportation and legalization under the status of TPS.
