It is after much prayer that I sit down to write to you today! I write to you because I know you care about the APRC and you care about our strategic location in west campus at UT.

We received a letter last week regarding the fulfillment of the 5 year balloon payment. The letter was a demand that payment of over $700,000 be made in full within 10 days.

We are working fast and furious with banking institutions to refinance the note, however, as you know it takes more than 10 days to get something like this done.

We met with an attorney yesterday, which by the way, God had already connected us with 2 months ago! His suggestion was to get as much funding together as possible to pay down the note size. He made the suggestion that someone may desire to purchase the facility and lease it back to the APRC for a monthly or annual donation. There are many ways this can be accomplished and I'm praying for wisdom and the direct steps the Lord would have us take. If an individual or a group of people are able to provide the funds to pay off the debt in full then it would save on the expense of an appraisal and a survey.

I am writing to ask you to do 3 things for me:

1) Please pray for God to move mightily on our behalf
2) Please consider giving a most sacrificial gift to APRC to help us with having a good amount to take to the banking institution to show them that we do have great community support. When I spoke to one banker he asked if we had community support and could we show that by bringing a good size down payment? I assured him we could.
3) Would you help spread the word to all of your sphere of influence?

We have been praying and believing for over 2 years now that the APRC will be debt free so we can secure our home base and continue to expand our territory, to impact, touch and save more lives than we ever dreamed possible. We have needed to reduce the interest rate that we have been under in this balloon note from 7% and the owner finance has refused to do so. Now is time for us to get out from under this bondage so we can confidently move forward.

I know that God can move this mountain, however He chooses, be it through one person or through a thousand people. I'm giving it all I have and I know we have a support base that will give all you have as well. As I was reading in the word today I was led to the Scripture in Psalm 56:22 "Cast your cares on the Lord and He will sustain you; He will never let the righteous fall."
