Cancer strikes twice!

This horrible disease called CANCER has struck our family again. Seven years ago I myself was diagnosed with breast cancer, I went through a lot of pain and emotional stress, If it wasn't for my loving,caring mum with all her strength and words of encouragement, sacrifice's to get me through I probably wouldn't be here today, she took early retirement from being a social work for 27 years,with a loss of pay and moved in with me to make sure I got well.

So now this horrible CANCER is back but has returned into my mum this time!!. My beautiful mum was diagnosed with Pancreatic cancer/inoperable on Jan.20th 2013, the worst news I have ever received!! Now it's time for me to take care of her the same loving way she cared for me, I have cut my hours at work in half, I will do whatever it takes to make my mum's last days,months,years or until she is called home, the most comfortable, happy as can be.

With the help of family and friends I can be home more with my mum. We are a very proud family, I just need to set pride aside and ask for help.
