My brother Eamon is a musician and farmer whose Bonny Doon house burned down in the CZU Lightning Complex fires on Wednesday night.
It was completely destroyed.
He had to evacuate at 1:30 in the morning and was able to save his drums, a couple of keyboards and his dog Reuben, but lost all of the rest of his instruments, possessions and his entire home. Some of the valuables destroyed include his computer, his piano, stereo, rare valuable vintage instruments, camping equipment, his entire music collection of priceless and obscure records from the past 25 years, irreplaceable paintings of our dad's, and all of his possessions and clothes. Not to mention his beautiful Redwood vegetable/herb garden which he had just finished creating. He is currently unemployed due to Covid, which makes his finances difficult right now. He will need to find a new place to live and help rebuilding what was lost.
Any help or support you could offer would go such a long way and be greatly appreciated. We are heartbroken and
devastated for him and the loss of his beautiful peaceful mountain home.
