Heroux Family Displaced due to Fire

Tonight, my best friend and her family lost everything in a fire. I have known Kathie and her husband Mike and thier family for about 12 years. Kathie volunteered her time as a Girl Scout leader for many years. She is a proud mother to 3 beautiful daughters. Her oldest McKayla is furthering her education as a medical assistant and has given Kathie two of the cutest little grandsons anyone could ask for and she would do ANYTHING for them.  Mike has been involved with boy scouts for 30 years, since he was a scout himself. He is now a 14 year seasoned Scoutmaster. Mike serves in the army and has made it through 3 deployments, away from his family, to provide them with everything they need.  Mike and Kathie BOTH take time out of thier busy schedules to volunteer for important causes in the community, including the Woonsocket School Music program and Hearts with Hope. Mike is a NOVAN through and through as is his daughter Alexia, who plays in the WHS band. Thier daughter Hayley has recently started a business of her own called Cupcakes First. She bakes her cupcakes from scratch and customizes them however you would like for your event. Part of her proceeds every month go towards a wonderful organization called She's The First.  She’s the First sponsors girls’ education in low-income countries, giving them the chance to become the first in their families to graduate from secondary school. Kathie and her husband have been there for every neighborhood kid who needed a snack or a place to crash or just someone to talk to. They are an amazing family and are now in need of a bit of help themselves. Please help raise money for the replacement of thier clothing, furnishings, etc and funds for a place to stay during this difficult transition time. This family and everyone in it mean the world to me.
