Support Schawn Caudle Brown

What began as a possible gallstone or autoimmune disease left the Brown family speechless. Schawn was diagnosed on February 26, 2014 with pancreatic cancer. From the time of her diagnosis on, Schawn has been in and out of the hospital due to sickness. She travels once a week from Van Buren to Oklahoma City to receive chemo. Lord willing that the end of her chemo treatments are near, she will then undergo the "Whipple" surgery which is an intense 8 hr surgery. Then she will spend more time in the hospital to recover. If surgery is not next, she will begin radiation for 5-6 weeks and will have to live in OKC. Regardless of what lies ahead for Schawn and Jimmie, we know that there will be traveling and more medical expenses. Many have asked what they can do to help and Schawn and Jimmie's responses are always to pray! However, I would like to lift this family up by beginning a fund to assist with expenses. Any funds not used will be given back to raise awareness for pancreatic cancer!
