Nelson Family

On September 18th my Uncle Eric was in a freak motorcycle accident.  Luckily wearing a helmet that saved his life. A coyote ran in front of his motorcycle causing him to suffer extensive injuries. Just to name a few, 8 broken ribs, shattered collarbone, broken wrist, terrible road rash all over, a collapsed lung, and more that of which required surgery. What was expected to be a 90 minute surgery turned into a 4 hour surgery. He has been in the ICU for 2 days, and will remain there until further notice. My uncle is the sole provider for my Aunt Amy and their three children ages 19, 12 and 8. As you can imagine, my Aunt Amy has not left his side, and the kids are distressed as well. My Uncle is a Truck Driver and unfortunately has a very long road of recovery ahead of him and will not be able to work for some time; which means everyday bills and responsibilities are going to go unpaid without a little additional help, not to mention the medical bills that will follow. Due to the long road of recovery, he needs time to heal and should not be thinking about when he will be able to go back to work. The family should not be stressed because of money but rather focusing on the fact that their dad/husband is alive and well. If everyone could donate as little as $10 that would go a long way. Absolutely anything helps, and the family would be so grateful for the additional help.
