Growing by 2 feet: Project Adopt BabyA

We are in the long, very stressful process to Adopt a child domestically. The adoption will either be in our home state or another state in which we would have to spend up to 2+ weeks while waiting on paper work to finish, so that we are not charged with "kidnapping" by bringing the child across state lines.
