NHS skydive fundraiser

Hello,

My name is Krista,

I am a Learning Disability Nurse Student, I am currently in my second year, I have worked with people with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health for 6 years.

On Saturday 25th September 2021 at 10 am at Dunkeswell Airfield, Honiton I will be tandem skydiving in the name of charity in order to raise money for the NHS! 

Over the past year I have seen the pressures put on the NHS and the effects this has on those with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health.

I have witnessed the negative effects that COVID has had on those closest to me and those I support in my working role.

As someone who has suffered from poor mental health in the past, I feel like this is an opportunity to give something back to those who have helped me and continue to help others on a daily basis.

I feel privileged to be part of the NHS and proud to work alongside such amazing nurses and colleagues.

Despite my absolute fear of heights I am willing to do this so please support me today and help me give back to those who need it most!
