Josie Vasquez Fire Fund

On May 21st, my friend Josie Vasquez and her family lost their home in a fire.  Everyone is safe, but the insurance company has determined it is a total loss. While they are insured, they have a lot of out-of-pocket expenses and have to replace everything.

Josie has worked for Residential & Community Living at UCSB for the last 20+ years. If you've ever interacted with her or walked into The Trailer, then you know she greets you with a smile and does what she can to help you. Josie is compassionate, dedicated, loving, and selfless. She has been a constant source of comfort for me over the years and my heart hurts for her current situation.
