Subject: Temporary Restraining Order with injunction hearing set for September 12, 2017
Mesquite, Texas, August 30,2017 - A TRO (Temporary Restraining Order) has been filed and petitioned to the 422nd Judicial District Court of Kaufman County. The presiding Judge granted the TRO on August 30th, 2017. Therefore LoneStar Gun Club is ordered & required to cease all firearm shooting activities by court order till the hearing on Sept 12th, 2017.
This TRO was granted with no evidence of damage, bodily harm or any violations. We have kept in compliance with all Government agencies. We are making every effort to resume business and honor your memberships. LoneStar Gun Club does feel like this a attack on our 2nd Amendment Rights and that of every member.
This is unfortunate to our members at this time and we apologize. We are asking any members that have any questions to please contact us. Your support is welcome and we need your support to rally around these circumstances. We value our members input and suggestions on how to move forward and overcome this challenge.
