I will be opening and operating a tattoo shop/parlor in the city of Buffalo NY.
This is not a plea for help! This is an attempt at raising awareness! Don't be confused! I am opening a shop, later this year 2019 or early 2020. No question. Now u can join me or... Just read on.
I was born and raised on the east side of buffalo and I've seen alot in my years. But I've noticed that when it comes the the east side, there just isn't as much selection pertaining to businesses being ran and operated by African-Americans. I would like to be a vessel of impact to change the perspective in this city.
I am currently pursuing a degree in business administration at Erie community college. I have been there for 3 semester's so far and i am approaching the end of yis botne journey with an explosion of excitement but also, i worry about my people. Not just blacks in buffalo but all cultures and ethnicities. We are one race and that is humanity at its best but divided we can't get very far.
I know the monetary amount is nominal but, that's intentionally set so low (just) to raise consciousness and awareness to 1 of 2 things.
1. If funded even halfway, there's hope for a push of diversity on the east side of buffalo NY and i will gladly be the ambassador.
2. If not funded whatsoever, then again that is proof, but of a totally separate monster. Still i will push for impact on the east side of buffalo, inspiring generations after ours to unite, work as one, and bring continuity to the progress of change.
Either way, this is a push for diversity amongst the business owners and operators in the city of Buffalo NY. I don't want to operate a business in North Tonawanda or Depew or any outskirt town, I would like to plant my toes in the heart of the city.
Thank you for any support that you may be able to give.
