Joshua Sánchez Medical Expenses

Last Tuesday, November 7th 23 year old Joshua Sanchez had an accident that resulted in a fractured skull, broken spine, broken arm, both legs broken, external and internal bleeding and severe seizures. He was airlifted to San Antonio in critical condition and unresponsive, his parents were not allowed to go with him because of how critical his situation was, so they had to make the 2 hr drive to San Antonio. Josh’s condition was more critical because 5 years ago he was in a car accident that left him in a coma, with a brain injury, Drs not knowing what his outcome would be. Miraculously within a week and a half Josh woke up from coma and after a month was able to go home to Laredo and do therapy and rehabilitation. Unfortunately he suffered from bad seizures because of the brain injury he sustained in the car accident. Now his parents are going to be in San Antonio with Josh in ICU, unresponsive, another brain injury and the Drs do not have an answer as to what the extent of his injuries are, how long it will be until he is fully conscious, or how long they will have to keep him sedated due to his injuries. He still needs several surgeries, and will eventually need physical and occupational therapy. We will be staying in San Antonio with our son during this extremely tough time and Asking for donations to help our family due to medical expenses that are just beginning, travel expenses for my husband and two other children that will be having to travel back and forth from Laredo and San Antonio and living expenses for myself to be able to stay by my son’s side.
