Need Help please!

I am a hard working single mother of three. I was working 3 jobs until I had a car accident in January and tore my rotator cuff then I fell and messed my knee really bad. I haven't been able to work due to my injuries. I have never been in a situation like this before. I have always been able to take care of myself and I hate that it has come to this, but I don't know what else to do.  I am trying to remain strong and not worry, but it really hard.
