Get Jason Back to the Games

Donation protected
Jason Evans, 27, was BORN WITH Cerebral Palsy. This condition has forced him to live a life in a wheel chair. Growing up, the wheel chair wasn’t anything that held him back. He had a normal childhood that included normal fights with his sister, playing with friends after school, and getting into trouble. Growing up, Jason became an avid fan of NC State and the Carolina hurricanes and enjoys going to those games when he and his family are able to.

Although there has been some normalcy in his life, the condition has been a tough road to travel not just for Jason, but for his family. At a younger age, it was easier for Jason’s family to help get him and the wheelchair in and out of the car, but as time goes on and his mother’s health and capabilities decline, that ability is fading.

We are trying to make hers, the family’s, and Jason’s life easier by getting a handicap accessible van with a lift to get Jason in and out of the car with less effort. We are asking for $30,000. Please help us help him and the family and get Jason back to the things he loves. Any donation will help and is greatly appreciated!
