Cahuilla Elementary Misting System

Misting system for Cahuilla Elementary School outside eating area.  School started 2 weeks ago (Aug 9) and record temps of 121 and 116 have already been recorded this month. A commercial misting system for the shade area costs $20K, and a supplier is contributing half of this cost in labor and materials. The parents group has also contributed $5K. As neighbors in the Tahquitz River Estates Neighborhood we are raising the final $5K to push this project ahead. 
85% of the students at Cahuilla Elementary are on subsidized meal programs. Getting a great start on a solid education is how each of these kids can build a good life. If you agree, any amount you can donate will be appreciated.
