The most beautiful one year old girl named June Dallas has been diagnosed with Neuroblastoma stage 4 in the intermediate risk stage. June is the daughter of Ali Peden and Adam Stade. June will be starting chemotherapy and has a long road of recovery. The most important goal is for mommy and daddy to be able to be right by her side. Ali and Adam will attempt to work as much as possible but this money is to help pay medical bills and supplement when Ali is with June and not at work.
