Relocation to Hawaii/Joint Legal Custody

Aloha to all My Family and Friends, I am reaching out to you in support of my Re-location to Hawaii. I was just recently given 3 days notice from Anna that she was moving Our Girls from the State of Washington back to Hawaii. I was crushed as all of you read when I posted on Facebook. Randall and I are going to relocate back to Hawaii to be in Our Girls lives.
This Giving Fund is being set up to help us to get back there and also help us Gain Legal/Physical Custody of Our Girls so that Anna cannot take the Girls out of the State of Hawaii without permission. My biggest mistake when moving from Hawaii to Washington to be in Our Girls lives was not having the money to get an attorney here in Washington and I did not know that I needed to set up a Parenting Plan. All I know is Anna wanted Child Support and the State of Hawaii transferred the case to the State of Washington and I continue to pay without any rights.
I know some of you are thinking how can this be happening yet again. Well I just don't have the funds to fight for my rights as a Father.
While living in Washington Randall and I got to spend a great deal of time with Our Girls. We took vacations to California, Nevada, Arizona, and Utah. We got to take day trips to the snow, ferry rides to Port Angeles, and really enjoyed taking the Girls to concerts in Seattle. I can't stay in Washington knowing that Our Girls are thousands of miles away. What if something happens to them? What about Father/Daughter Dances? What about School Awards and Recognitions. Bottom line is Randall and I need to be with Our Girls.  Your help and support is so greatly appreciated and needed in order for me to take quick action as soon as I hit The Big Island of Hawaii.
