Medical Bills, Caring for Issac

On May 30, 2014 Rachel Salinetro' s life was changed in an instant. She was driving to work when she was involved in a violent car accident, and is currently in the ICU, in critical condition. The impact made Rachel suffer multiple injuries including a lacerated liver, spleen, and she has multiple fractures. She has received multiple units of blood from all of the bleeding. Anyone who knows Rachel knows that she would do anything for anyone, unconditionally. Rachel has always helped everyone in life, and is now currently fighting for her own. She is an amazing mother, daughter, granddaughter, sister, aunt, niece and friend. While no one yet knows what the future holds for our girl, she will require more surgeries and lots of physical rehabilitation. All money raised will go towards Rachel's bills, and to help care for her little boy, Isaac. This is just the beginning of a very difficult and long road to recovery for Rachel....
