Shannon Dickey is 35 year old mother of two young children.
She has been a teacher in Wylie ISD for 10 years touching the lives of countless children. Shannon is a caregiver at heart, working hard to always put other's needs abover her own.
She has recently been diagnosed with Grade 4 Glioblastoma, an aggressive form of Brain Cancer. She is no longer able to work due to the symptoms of the cancer. Brian, her husband, is also having to take off from work a lot to care for her and coordinate doctors appointments. They will start an aggressive treatment regimen very soon.
