About 3 weeks ago my mom was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer, a day I will never forget. It happened so fast, that it was hard to take it all in. She is such a strong women, but I know deep down inside how scared she must be. The one thing she shared with me was the financial situation. How were they going to get through this with only 1 insurance? I thought while she was in surgery I could make this page, explaining everything to our supporters, friends, and family. I never knew how many people could get together and pray for a family. It's unbelievable! Family, friends and people we don't even know have reached out to us with love and support. What I wanted to do to help her out, is create a Jar of Hope. Then I realized I can't give my jars to everyone. What is a Jar of Hope? You basically put all of your spare change into a jar or just donate as much as you can. For those of you who would like to support my mom, you can donate whatever you can at this website.
