Road to Parenthood: Augustoni Style

I love these people. No really. I do. Tammy and Vinnie. Two fantasitc people who will soon be fantastic parents. Many of you know Tammy and Vinnie, but for those of you who don't, let me tell you about them in a few simple words.  Fun, loving, adventurous, family oriented, funny, laughing, caring, helpful, amazing. That just gives you a small glance into who they are. One word that I did not list is Parent. And let me tell you why. 
     Vinnie is a cancer survivor. Something I know all too much about is cancer. I know that it takes away so much. It can take hopes and dreams. It can take life. But Tammy and Vinnie are not going to let it take that one little word, that one word that can hold so much meaning. Parent. Unable to have biological children beause of cancer Tammy and Vinnie are pursuing building their family through adoption.  It is my hope that you will all join hands with Tammy and Vinnie and help this dream become a reality. 
      The cost of adoption is expensive. There is no medical insurance that kicks in to cover costs. There is also no law requiring employers to offer a paid leave for an adoption. We would love for Tammy to be able to take the time off she deserves to bond with her new baby and not have to worry about not being paid. I would like to challange you to donate $100 to the Augustoni's. If you are a parent and you know the joys of parenthood, please donate $100. If you hope to be a parent someday, please donate $100. If you have a parent, please donate $100. If you have ever seen a parent in the grocery store, please donate $100. We are looking to find 100 people to accept our $100 challange. We are giving you an opportunity to change the life of a child, and to help these 2 amazing people become parents. What an amazing thing to be a part of!
