Help Anita "Keep Calm and Fight On"

My mom Anita is a beautiful women mother, sister and grandmother. She is a huge saints football fan, she's also giving, loving, and positive young woman of 59. She was diagnosed with Stage 3 ovarian cancer in April while in the hospital due to multiple complications caused by the tumor(s). She has a tumor about 10cm by 5cm that's affected her bladder to a point where her kidneys almost failed. The urologist was able to save them by performing a double Nephrostomy, She had two bags with tubes inserted to drain her urine and ensure her kidneys are functioning. This has saved her from requiring dialysis and the doctors were able to recently take out the nephrostomy tubes. Her oncologists plan to shrink the tumors with chemotherapy, then perform surgery to remove. Chemo started Easter Sunday, 4/20th and she will have several chemotherapy sessions over the next few months. She is having a positive attitude with a bunch of side effects including loss of hair, loss of appetite, weakness, and a few others things. She was also diagnosed
as anemic, as most cancer patients become anemic with chemo. So she is getting some blood transfusions to help her blood cells. She is being a wonder women through it all! Being around her family and especially her 2 year old granddaughter, Emma are the moments that make her the most happy. We are doing all we can to keep her spirits up and ensure she is getting the best care possible.
