My good friend Julie Bland suggested that I do this and I'm thankful for her suggested.
In October 2013 I was told that I have Hodgkins Lymphoma a curable cancer. I have gone through chemotherapy 12 cycles and I am done with it. I am now going through all the tests to see if the cancer is gone or if I will need to have radiation.
It has been
a journey of self, I feel that I have grown as a person and have done things that I didn't think I could. However the treatments and medications along with the mounting medical bills have left me overwhelmed. I have contacted financial help for my medical bills but they only do so much. Because I live on a very tight budget these extra cost have been a real hardship on me emotionally and financially. My medications are $180.00 a month, not a lot of money, but the difference is rather I can pay my basic bills and buy food.
Now the collection companies are calling me with the pay up or we'll attach your wages. I hate that.
So, I am asking for some help, something I don't do lightly, I understand that many of us are having and going through hard and difficult times, but if you can help it is a true blessing for me.
