Help for Levin Shain - Heart Surgery

Levin James Shain (is my grandson) and is 5 years old and will be a Kindergartner at McCollom Elementary School next year.  He was diagnosed with Aortic Stenosis at birth, and is now in need of a valve repair/replacement.  Levin has lately been on medication to try and alleviate some of the pressure on has ventricle.  The medication has not worked so he is now in need of surgery sooner than we had hoped.  They have scheduled his open heart surgery in Chicago on June 26, 2014 to try and repair the aortic valve.

Any donations to help his parents with medical bills, meals and lodging associated with their stay in Chicago and necessary time off of work will be forever appreciated.
