<div>My Sister Alaa was an English teacher, a graduate of the Islamic University of Gaza. He loved his work and gave tutoring lessons at a private institute. But the war took everything — the school, his students, and his future.

<div>Our father owned a small contracting and trading business, working alongside my older brother. That, too, was destroyed.
</div>

<div>Today, they are left with nothing — no shelter, no work, and no safety.

<div>	•	Clean drinking water is sold in small amounts at outrageous prices.

<div>	•	Medicines for children, the elderly, and my younger brother (who needs special care) are often out of reach.
