They won't return my granddaughter

I orginally started this campaign for my education and medical bills, Come to find out I have much bigger problems to handle, please read on...... I am out here begging for help for my daughter Chelsea. Mackenzie is my 21/2 year old granddaughter. She resides with me, my 23 year old daughter who is her mommy and my youngest daughter. I am a single mom/nana who is temporarily out of work for about 3 months due to surgery.  My daughter's both attend college and work part time, paying their phones and making car payments. Today, August 25, Will Huffman(Mackenzies dad) did not show up at the usual meeting place and refused to return her home. His only response was "call your lawyer". We are worried sick about her mental well being for she is very attached to her mother as well as myself. He was seeking full custody and our mediation meeting failed. We had one attorney who would not fully work with our payment arrangement after taking the $1200.00 that my ex spouse and I had paid. I raced to a new attorney today and are currently trying to retain him. This is where I need all of your help. A $3500.00 retainer is needed as well as the hourly rates for this battle. I dont have the cash reserves, I have a family member willing to help with some of the retainer. I was advised that this could go as high as $5,000-$10,000 if he continues to keep her away from us.  We are good people, we are working people, Mackenzie has a good stable home here and we have never denied her father or his family from being in Mackenzie's life. For over 2 years they had no problem with the visitation. He took Mackenzie to Ohio to meet his fiances family. He allowed us to take the baby to NY to meet our family and allowed her grandfather to take her to Disney last Christmas. He never felt our home was unsafe. I am out of my present jobs briefly and plan to return to work when fully healed and will work as many hours as it takes to help get my daughter reunited with her child. Please if only one, five, or ten dollars, it will help us retain this lawyer and start the court proceedings. Please share with anybody you know, I am beyond heart broken this evening as I write this plea for help. Thank you for any support you may have
