Help Marcus get back on his feet

On Sunday the 4th of August life changed for Marcus Casey and his family when he was routinely burning his rubbish at his home when he caught himself on fire after putting accelerant on it. Something Marcus now say’s should never of happened and wants to remind people never to do it.
He was air lifted to the Royal Hobart Hospital with major burns of varying degree’s on a large percentage of his body and will require surgeries for skin grafts in the near future. He will have to stay in Hobart at the hospital for some time and then when he is finally able to come home he will have to travel back to the Hobart burns unit for follow up care quite frequently. This is going to be a long painful journey for him, Mandi and his 3 children.
Marcus had recently started a new job where he was employed on a casual basis.
It will be months before he will be able to return to work which I’m sure we can all sympathize that as well as emotionally and physically, financially this will take its toll.
If we could all band together and try and make this already very stressful time just that little bit easier for both Marcus and Mandi it would be greatly appreciated. Let’s help out these beautiful people and give what we can. X
