Help save Sadie

Hi everyone. I never thought I would be asking for help like this but here goes. Our family dog, Sadie, was attacked by another dog last night. My mom was in front of her house coming back from a walk when a neighbors dog ran out of their house and attacked her. It was a very large dog and Sadie is only about 5 lbs. Her intestines were outside of her body and during surgery they realized she has fractured ribs, a collapsed lung and damage to both her pancreas and diaphragm. They are doing all they can to save her and the next few days will be critical. She is our family and we are absolutely sick over this. As you can imagine, my parents are looking at a very large bill. Like many other people, times are tough. Right now, they are estimating over $8,000. If a second surgery is needed at some point, it will be significantly higher but hopfully it will not come to that. I understand not everyone has much or even anything to give and that's okay. Even if it's just a dollar, anything would be so incredibly appreciated. Our dogs name is Sadie Soto and my moms name is Valarie. Even if you can't donate, please share this if you can.

**to answer some questions, my mom has contacted both a lawyer and the police since our neighbors are not cooperating. We will be taking all of the necessary action, however, it is a long road ahead and the vet does not do payment plans so we are really backed into a corner right now.

**i would also like to note that if my parents are awarded compensation, they WILL want to reimburse everyone who donates as long as they leave their names.
