Medical bills for a child

My friends have run into a tragic situation, their 9 year old child has been diagnosed with Burkitts Lymphoma. She is a beautiful child who plays and  is a great cheerleader and has recently and suddenly had a life changing challenge that is consuming her life and she needs our help. This is as serious as it comes friends and we appreciate any and all help that you can provide.
 Honestly folks for I am not a religious person, but cannot grasp a 9 year old child going through CHEMO AT THIS YOUNG AGE: It Is just tragic and My heart is bleeding, I have never been through this and I among them Need you help...... Please please send anything you can.. a dollar, a dime, I dont care....It will help I promise you....Glenn

 Its a great comfort to provide help and support to those in need, especially when it comes to a innocent child whose innocent and purity is at the cost as it is in this situation. The names and privacy will be upheld to secure their privacy at this utmost time of need and prayer and healing..
