On May 23, 2014, Elliot Rodgers opened fire on the small college town of Isla Vista, CA aka UCSB. This is a page set up to help raise at least $30,000 for at least 7 families who now have to bury their beautiful children that were taken from this earth far before their time, or have to pay for the hospitcal and rehabilitation bills for those who survived. Please donate whatever amount you can. No parent should ever have to endure the pain of losing a child and knowing that some extra money is coming to help them and/or their children is one less hardship for them at this tragic time.
Heritage Oaks Bank and KSBY-TV have partnered with the Santa Barbara Foundation to set up a fund for the victims of the shooting. Checks and cash donations will be accepted at any of the 17 bank branches in San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. All donations are tax-deductible.
