Hi my name is Thomas Wisniewski. In 2007 I went in to get my appendix out and i found out I have an enlarge heart which caused me congestive heart failure. Seven years after i was doing better until the winter of this year hit. I am now in the last stage of congestive heart failure and need of heart transplant. currently I am having problems affording my medications due to the rapid change of the medications and test the doctors want me on. I have one more test before i can be put on the tranplant list. I'm going to be 32 this december and I am on disability which isnt a lot of money and though i would love to work for the money i need, i cant physically do it. My dream is to one day be able to live on my own again and be able to live my life to the fullest. I know times are tough for everyone and I can only hope you can help as much as you can, if you can't I understand. The picture that i have choosen for this was my last trip to starved rock one of my family trips I would love to one day be able to walk the trails again.
