Funeral Expenses

Hi, our names are Preston and Clint Tripplett. We are the brothers of Canthon
Tripplett, of San Diego, CA. On July 1, 2020, our beloved brother was viciously
attacked and killed in a heartless act of violence.
Canthon was an Army Veteran who battled with alcoholism addiction and
depression for the last 20-years, following his tour of duty in the U.S. Army. He
wanted to live his life sober and that commitment led him to walk away from his
career, his family and all his belongings to arrive at the Veteran’s Recovery Center
(VVSD) in San Diego, CA. Ten months after his arrival at VVSD, he had successfully
overcome his demons and was living a sober life and through intense counseling he
had new coping skills to combat his depression.
March, 2020 Canthon left VVSD and got a new apartment, and was pursing his
career in sales management. He was due to start his new job on 7/2. We were so
proud of the hard work he did to get his life back. And he was excited about building
a new life in San Diego.
Canthon leaves behind to mourn his death, 3 children and his aging parents who are
dealing with health issues.
He had no life insurance and now our family is left with the hefty costs associated
with bringing him back home, to Atlanta, GA and providing him with a proper,
dignified burial.
We acknowledge all that is going on in the world around us right now, and would
