RRPP DOGS RESCUE-Funds for Ling-Ling

Ling~Ling is senior Pug who was surrendered to our rescue when her owner did not want her anymore.
She is in terrible shape. She is 27.5 pounds and should be about 17 pounds.
She is suffering from cateracts, ear infection, cough and very poor nutrition, as well as a sore shoulder resuting from a years old injury from kids kicking her, that was never treated.
She has multiple cysts , a mammary cyst has been biopsied and was found to be benign!
Her large cyst on her foot was found to have mast cells and her blood work came back as her having Regenerative Anemia. This means that Ling~ Ling is losing blood somewhere. Two vets have confired that Ling~ Ling most likely has an abdominal mass so she is headed to Boundary Bay Specialty Hospital where they will perform a detailed ultrasound of her abdominal cavity.
She has already had a chest Xray to rule out any masses around her heart.
We will be looking at what to do with her mast cell tumor on her foot once we know what we are dealing with internally.
SOme of these issues could possibly come with age, breed etc, but in Ling~Ling's case, years of neglect have compounded them. SHe deserves so much more than that. She is an awesome girl with an incredible spirit. She is funny and super affectionate, despite being super uncomfortable and never having the respect she deserves.
