Netta's Cancer Treatment

A dear friend, Dawnette, was diagnosed with triple negative stage 2 breast cancer on May 29, 2018. While she lives in Opelika, AL she has chosen to go to the UAB Kirklin Clinic in Birmingham. At this point, she has been told since her lump is so large (7cm) that she will have to have 6 months of Chemo before she can even talk about the surgery. Since this is 6 months of driving back and forth to Birmingham (2 hour trip each way) she desperately needs a reliable car to get her to and from her treatments. Dawnette should begin Chemo treatments within the next 4 weeks after the run a few more test and run additional bloodwork. We are hoping to raise these funds to purchase her a car to take the stress of transportation off of her. We ask if you can spare any amount, great or small, that you please do so.
