<div>I would normally never even consider this type of thing, but it's a real emergency. This past weekend me and my fiance were on a Royal Caribbean cruise and I had a medical emergency. I had multiple seizures, with the third being a Grand Mal and them having to life boat me to Fort Lauderdale, FL from the ship. Before we were allowed to leave the ship though, they demanded my fiance pay our total bill. I understand paying the roughly $300 we spent on the cruise on drinks and stuff, but they also demanded the $2,500 for medical services before letting us leave on the emergency life boat. They took every dollar we had, including the $1,700 we had saved for bills this month. Then after telling me on the boat we could discuss the remaining $1,000 after I'm out of the hospital, they overdrafted my credit card for that amount! So I need to pay the roughly $1,000 back to my bank and also pay the bills that Royal Caribbean took for the medical bills on the boat. Anything you can help with is appreciated.
