Help me get a Handicap Van

I need a handicapped van to be able to go places with my friends and family. I have Duchenne's Muscular Dystrophy and I'm in a wheelchair. I want to be able to get around easier. It would be so great just to be able to get out of the house more often. Eventually I'd even like to try to get my license and drive places myself. Please help me be able to afford a van. I would appreciate any help you could give. Your kindness would never be forgotten and I promise to pay it forward.
