Shadow Theory - Psychological thriller

    While battling his own demons, Detective Brousaard is determined to catch a sadistic killer. The only clues left behind are the victim's bloody remains and the sole survivor, a 17 year old boy. While they try to determine why the boy's family was targeted, the boy begins to question human nature, and the evil that could be lurking deep inside us all.




We are looking to fund our psychological horror teaser, 'Shadow Theory'. "Shadow Theory" is a psychological thriller that explores the very depths of human nature and is based on actual psychological theories. We plan on returning to traditional ‘old school’ Special FX makeup and great camera angles. This is something that we truly love and feel will thrill and engage the fans, adding to the artistic direction we have taken with developing this project. Our goal is to put in as much production value, blood, sweat and tears (mostly blood) into making this teaser as we can. And yes, there will be blood... a lot of blood.

After discussing our options with writers and directors in the horror film industry, we decided that creating a teaser and showing it to production companies and investors is the best option for us to be successful. This teaser will not be released to the public, it's only purpose is to draw in the funds that we need for the feature. So far we have some big names involved who have agreed to make appearances; they include, Director Eric England (Madison County, Contracted), Patrick Melton (Saw 4-7, The Collector, The Collection), Matt Mercer (Madison County, Contracted), and Natalie Scheetz (Madison County, Seed 2).

We are asking all of you to help us make our dream come true and support us down this difficult path. We have a great crew set up and ready for one hell of a ride. This is only the beginning.

We have an awesome editor who has access to most of the post production equipment, we still need funding to cover all other production costs. People say the most expensive part of any budget on a film, besides the cast and above the line, is the location, boy they weren't kidding. We found a great location to film that fits the project perfect, so a big percentage of this campaign is for the locations. The remaining budget will cover all other needs:
