Uncle Dickie is ready to come home

Hi Family!

As most of you know Uncle Dickie suffered a stroke last month.  He has been in rehab and is working his way back, however he is limited in the amount of time that he can receive care.  Without insurance Reba and Dickie are working with their timeline with Medicare and it is very short.  The Medicare runs out on October 31st and Reba can afford to keep him in rehab until November 10th.  He is still on a feeding tube and has limited movement  between chair and bed, as well as the restroom.  Financially Reba will need to bring him home by November 10th regardless of where he is in his care.  She seems optimistic that she can handle it, however I know how much help is required at this point.  They will need a ramp built as well as a part time aid to help with his care.  If there is any help you can provide it is greatly appreciated.  Reba is not aware that I am asking.  I spoke with her this evening and after learning of the severity of Dickies situation and what is available to them, I decided to reach out.  I just want to make sure that Dickie gets the love, care and support that he deserves.  I know our guys upstairs are worried and I want to make sure I am advocating for their Dad in a way that they would want:)  All funds will go directly from me to pay for an aid and I am here to answer any questions.   Love to you all!
