Eye surgery for my friend Carlos

Hi my name is Emmie and I'm fundraising for my friend Carlos. We started knowing eachother in my first visit to the Dominican Republic in 2012. He has an eye condition wich makes him partially blind. And now he has plans to go through a surgery wich will cost about 100.000 dominican pesos. (2000 USD)

He doesn't have an iris so the lens inside the eye has gotten damaged and he is gonna get new lenses. That's the short version of what they want to do.
