I feel like Im living a nightmare that doesnt stop. I was given the opportunity to see him as he left this earth and went to rest with god. Unfortunately I am now very sick with covid and so is my mother as she traveled with me to see him.
I am forever grateful for that opportunity.
Rest in peace dad until I see you again my angel.

Hello everyone my name is Elizabeth I am Octavio's daughter.
It has been brought up to my attention that there is people who would like to help with my Dads recovery. At this moment in time we do not know exactly what the future holds, my hope and wish is that he beats this disease (COVID-19) and then we work on his recovery which I have been informed by the hospital it would be anywhere from 4 to 6 months. So if you are able to donate or would like to share this I appreciate any help from the bottom of my heart.
On 12/9/2020 my father collapsed as he got out of his car a bystander called 911 and he was taken in to Sharp in Chula Vista. I was informed by the staff at Sharp Chula Vista he was in the ER he was stable but when he came in they were thinking they were going to have to intubate him they had no beds in the ICU. He was eventually admitted into Sharp Memorial's ICU. He is very sick he has COVID, pneumonia along with ARDS. Then on 12/13/2020 his oxygen dropped and he was intubated. Now he is on the ventilator which is supporting his body as we wait for him to fight this. Thank you in advance for your support. God bless.
