What a week - and in a scary, hold-your-favourite-people-close way.
Tanya will be in a wheelchair for six weeks, perhaps more, with lots of recovery over the next year. Not sure how this will affect her job and rent and... everything. Suddenly a lot of things have changed.
This fund will help support Tanya's immediate rehabilitation and expenses for the next two months, so she doesn't have to stress about that. It will also contribute to her fees for the Banff program in August (which she would have paid for herself through her job, but she won't be working for the next month, maybe more).
If you can't help with el moneys, a tangible, helpful thing to do is: go cook something, freeze it, and then take it to Tanya in a few weeks.
