Why Zaid?
Zaid is an exceptionally caring, thoughtful, and awesome soon-to-be sixth grader who lives in Chicago. Like many of the youth growing up in Chicago, Zaid does not have many opportunities to truly enjoy nature. He has never had the chance to attend an overnight camp, but he is unbelievably excited about the possibility.
Why Colvig?
Colvig Silver Camps is a family-owned residential summer camp in the beautiful mountains of Durango, Colorado. (Check it out: CSC video). At Colvig, Zaid will have the opportunity to make friends from around the country while going on multiple life-changing backpacking trips in the San Juan Mountains. Pretty amazing.

Camp is an amazing opportunity for youth, but the cost can be a giant burden for many families. A small donation from you can mean a life-changing summer for a well-deserving kid.
