Handicap van for Virginia

I am setting this up for my dear mother who is paralyzed from the chest Down due to an automobile accident. She is desperately trying to get a handicap accessible van. Having her independence back is essential to her health. She can't get financing because she doesn't have a job, but can't get a job without reliable transportation. She is at her wits end and would truly appreciate any donations.
