Hello, my name is John. I'm 58, and I never thought 2 years ago I'd end up unable to work or move around like I once did. I have been diagnosed with Osteomyelitis in my left shoulder. This has brought up many new doctors and doctors appointments.

I realized now after major surgery that I am more than bankrupt.

I'm unable to have even enough money for gas to make my appointments, let alone money to pay rent.

Many people end up needing help with funds like I do.

I will not have a home and am unable to get the medical care that I desperately need. I am asking for a hand up, not a handout.
