Help Animals in Flooded Serbia!

Serbia, Bosnia, and Croatia have been affected by catastrophic floods and lanslides for several days. Thousands of people have been evacuated, thousands of animals have lost their homes and their people. Local rescues are self-organizing to save these animals, locate their owners, or find them new ones - and in the meantime, to keep them safe, healthy, and provide medical help to those injured. They are not supported by any public or other large institutions, and depend on personal means and individual donations. The general situation in the region is dramatic, and another even greater hit is expected coming Wednesday. Please, consider helping, or at least, share the link.

Since the rescues are several and small, and they often have to improvise (for example, one can't open a Paypal account in Serbia), I decided to start this fundraiser in order to channel money into the bank account of one of them. This is Prihvatiliste Drazevac (Drazevac Shelter), which works in one of the most affected areas: the city of Obrenovac, which is almost entirely underwater. Below is the link to their Facebook page.
