Fredia Skidmore AirEvac Bills

My Mother Fredia Skidmore was on a Carnival Cruise and had a stroke.  She was sent to a hospital in Cozumel Mexico.  My dad and I have no passport so we could not go to her.  He is having her Airevac home which is costing upwards of $50,000.  Not to mention the hospital bill from Cozumel.  Insurance is going to help some but still a lot of out of pocket.  My parents are retired and could really use the help. Thank you
