Ashley Schultz Stroke Medical Bills

A couple weeks ago Ashley suffered her first stroke. This first stroke was some what minor and she seemed to recover from it without much issue. A week later she had a serious seizure which made her stay in the hospital over night. On February 22nd, only 3 days after her seizure, she suffered a second stroke. This one was far more serious. She has since lost the ability to speak and cannot move any part of her body on her left side from her head down. She also in unable to eat and has difficulty swallowing.
Ashley is slightly different than most stroke victims. Back in 2003 doctors discovered a tumor on the left side of her brain. She went in for treatments including radiation but ultimatly had it surgically removed. A few years later the tumor came back and it was shrunk with radiation treatment. The strokes are believed to have happened because of this history.
Ashleys future is unknown. She will be in the hospital for an indefinant amount of time and unable to work for the same amount of time. She will be going through rehabilitation so she can hopefully live a somewhat normal life again. At this time they are going day by day hoping for any kind of progress.
She is a happily married mother of two and will be unable to help support her family. Her husbad Jamie works full time as a mechanic currently but will be working less to help with her needs and the needs of their kids.
This money is needed now. They have existing medical bills from previous medical visits plus the high cost of the most recent turn of events. As we all know medical insurance is exspensive and still has high co-pays and this situation is no different. Funds raised will help pay her current and future medical and rehabilitation treatment bills which will be tens of thousands in the end.
Please donate what you can. Your compassion is needed and greatly appreciated. This is one of those events you can't plan for and causes the greatest hardship. Please help remove part of the finacial hardship. These are great people with great kids that need this. Every donation, large or small, will help relieve some stress from their situation.
