House fire

I'm doing this fund for a friend in need Kelly Kooken. https://www.facebook.com/kelly.kooken ‌One week after moving from an apartment to a large rental house for her kids a washing machine caught fire in the basement.  Everything was destroyed from black smoke  and water damage from the fire department.  My friend is a single mom. The landlord is not replacing any of her belongings. Kelly is staying with her parents right now in point pleasant,  she can't stay there long as it's a 50 plugs community. Her son starts West Milford high in September. I will try to get more photos of inside damage. Please help raise money so this family can find another house to rent ASAP.
